- International Shipping: We ship to many countries globally. International shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs delays.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100.
- International Shipping Fees: International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. These fees are determined by the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping destination.
4. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons (holidays or sales), processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track the status of your order using the tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website or directly through ORASONALI STORE.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your purchase, please contact us at info@orasonali.com for assistance.
6. Shipping Delays
- Delivery times are estimates, and while we do our best to meet them, delays caused by weather conditions, customs procedures, or other external factors are out of our control.
- ORASONALI STORE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will work with you to resolve any issues that arise during transit.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost or has not been delivered within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately. We will assist in tracking the package and resolving the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged product and packaging. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will initiate a return or exchange process for the damaged goods.
8. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the order to the correct address.
- If a package is undeliverable and returned, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping. Any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
9. International Orders
- Customs Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the destination country.
- Shipping Fees: International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. These fees are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.
- Delivery Delays: International orders may take longer to process due to customs clearance. Please be patient, as this is beyond our control.
